As we ALWAYS tell you PLEASE spare time to read your
THANK YOU LETTER so you know the complete details of your box. On your Thank you letter we provided the following information:

Your Box Number.
Container Batch where it was loaded.
Container Details when it will depart in Germany.
Date when it is "Estimated" to arrive in the Philippines.
Contact details of our forwarder so you can personally follow-up at your convenience.

EACH AND EVERY BOX that you sent thru our company we make sure that we do not miss to provide you all a copy of this so before you
DELETE & TRASH your Thank you Letter & Packing List be sure that you already received your box.

SHIPMENT NOTICE!
The normal sea shipment will take 10-11 weeks from the date of departure in Germany.
The sailing will depend on the shipping line and lean/peak season or other circumstances.

Then once arrived in Manila (Customs) there's a 4-5 working days clearing & x-ray.
