Qualified September & October Senders for Holiday Raffle Promo

Due to uneven quantity of boxes per sender we decided to change the category from 1-2 Boxes Sender and 3 Boxes UP Sender.

Here’s the complete list of the qualified senders for the month of SEPTEMBER who settled their bill on/before OCTOBER 21, 2016 as per agreement to be fair for the early payers.

2016 Holiday Raffle Promo

PROMO MECHANICS

Everyone is entitled to join as long as your box/es will be included on our September & October Container Loading.
Number of box/es will be counted every after container loading.
One raffle entry per person.
Counting of boxes you sent will be based upon the sender’s name. Thus, those who will be under c/o somebody will not be counted.
To be eligible for the raffle promo item should be a “Balikbayan” box or bigger than our normal sized “Balikbayan” box (173 dm³). Smaller than the stated size will not be counted.
Counting will be based as 1 is to 1.
Unpaid bills on/before October 21, 2016 for September loading and on/before November 4, 2016 will disqualify your chance to win any raffle prizes.
Raffle draw will be on DECEMBER 23, 2016. Raffle draw will be videoed and will be posted on our website and on our FB Account. We will use an online generator to draw the winners.
Unclaimed prizes by the end of January 9, 2017 will forfeit your prize.
You will only be allowed to win 1 prize; if you were picked more than 2X you are entitled to be given the higher valued prize.
Winners will be contacted via Email, Facebook & Personal call to arrange whether to deliver their prize or to pick it up at our place in Wendelstein.
Prizes cannot be exchanged into cash.
Gift Baskets of Asian Products are already pre-arranged and will be delivered with additional cost of 6€ per basket. You can also pick-up your gift basket at our store/office in Wendelstein.
Free “Balikbayan” box shipment does not include the inter-island charge and will be shouldered by the winner if applicable. The GC for free shipment includes 1 empty box.
For the 32” TV (1-2 Boxes sender) & 45” TV (3 Boxes UP Sender). The winner can ship it to Philippines without additional cost BUT (inter-island) charge is not included which will be shouldered by the winner.
